Patton was hired at White Hall prior to the 2023 season, where he worked to continue building the Bulldogs’ football program. Before arriving in White Hall, Patton served as the inaugural head coach at Little Rock Southwest, leading the program from its launch in 2020 through the 2023 season.

Patton’s coaching career also included a four-year stint at Bauxite from 2016 to 2019, following his highly successful tenure at Fayetteville High School. At Fayetteville, Patton established the Bulldogs as a statewide powerhouse, capturing four Class 7A state championships and multiple conference titles between 2003 and 2015.

Earlier in his career, Patton coached at Bryant High School, where he was part of coaching staffs that contributed to championship-level success.

Over the course of his career, Patton earned numerous accolades, including multiple Arkansas State Coach of the Year honors and Class 7A Conference Coach of the Year awards. He also represented the state on the national stage as a Team USA coach.

The White Hall School District has not yet announced plans for a search for Patton’s replacement.
