The Watson Chapel School District (WCSD) has secured a major boost for its new high school project thanks to a $500,000 sponsorship from Relyance Bank, a longtime supporter of education and youth programs in Jefferson County.

In recognition of the generous contribution, the district announced that the state-of-the-art facility will be named Relyance Bank Arena when it opens in April 2026. The arena will serve as the centerpiece of the new Watson Chapel High School campus, hosting academic, athletic, and community events.

Dr. Keith McGee, Superintendent of Schools, expressed gratitude for the partnership, emphasizing that the sponsorship goes beyond financial assistance.
