Arkansas baseball head coach Dave Van Horn announced the Razorbacks’ 2026 signing class on Wednesday, a 12-player group ranked No. 14 nationally by both Baseball America and Perfect Game.

The class includes 11 high school standouts and one junior college signee, marking the 11th consecutive year that Van Horn — along with assistants Matt Hobbs, Nate Thompson and Bobby Wernes — has signed a top-20 recruiting class.

“Coach Hobbs, Coach Thompson and Coach Wernes have built strong reputations as some of the best recruiters in the country,” Van Horn said. “Our 2026 signing class is even more proof of that. We’re excited to get this talented group to Fayetteville and get to work.”

The Razorbacks’ newest class features six position players, three pitchers, and three two-way players. The signees come from five states: Arkansas (4), Texas (4), Missouri (2), Hawaiʻi (1) and Kansas (1).

Recruiting coordinator Nate Thompson said the staff is “fired up” about the group.

“This is a physical and powerful group of talented athletes that loves to compete and is passionate about playing for the Razorbacks,” Thompson said. “They’ve performed on the national stage at a high level for years, and they want to win and develop while making an immediate impact.”
