Sergeant Clayton Cantrell Graduates Prestigious Law Enforcement Leadership Program

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) has announced that Sergeant Clayton Cantrell graduated from the School of Law Enforcement Supervision (SLES) session LXII on May 9, 2025.

SLES is a comprehensive four-week program dedicated to enhancing leadership and management skills among Arkansas law enforcement supervisors. The training serves as a foundation for law enforcement professionals aiming to advance their careers in leadership roles. By equipping first-line and advanced level supervisors with vital skills, the program prepares them for greater responsibilities within their agencies and communities.

Sergeant Cantrell joined the JCSO on October 1, 2024, and currently serves as a supervisor in the Criminal Investigations Division. His graduation from SLES marks a significant achievement, and he continues to be a valuable asset to the organization.
