Pine Bluff Police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a homicide on April 18.
Ka’Juan Madkins, 22, was booked into the adult detention center Tuesday night and is being held on probable cause of capital murder.
He is accused of involvement in the shooting death of Asa Stewart whose body was found after police responded to a report of a person down at 2600 W. 30th Ave.
Police previously arrested Quan Turner who has been charged with capital murder in the case.
