The PBPD Detective’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying the person in the photos above. This individual is believed to have used a stolen credit card to get over $2,300 in new tires from Smart Dodge. She is wanted for stolen credit card fraud, fraudulent use of a credit card and felony theft.
