Officers of the Pine Bluff Police Department are in the early stages of investigating what appears to be a suspicious circumstance.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Hazel Street and Monticello Court, where they found a white male laying on the side of the road, unresponsive. The male was declared deceased on scene.
The male was identified as 28 year old Dustin Worden of California.
It is still early in the investigation anddetectives are actively investigating.
It does not appear to be foul play involved, but more information may be released pending the investigation.
