Jennifer “Sue” Reed, age 74, of White Hall, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025.
Born July 17, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Beverly Camp. She spent her early life in Gould and graduated from Gould High School in 1968. She worked over the years as a payroll specialist and retired from Davis Life Center.
Sue married the love of her life, David, in 1984. They enjoyed 37 years of marriage until his passing in 2019. Through the years, they loved golf, razorback football, and weekend trips to Eureka Springs.
If she wasn’t watching action movies, reading, or thrifting at her favorite antique shops, you could find her cruising town with the top down of “JuJu Bug” her orange, convertible VW Bug.
Most weekends were spent at the movies with her grandchildren or riding bikes through the neighborhood and family gatherings every Sunday.
She was lovingly known as “UU” to her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Reed; father, Harry Camp, Sr.; mother, Beverly Garman-Camp; nephew, Greg Hall; and niece, Kylie Williams.
Survivors include her daughter, Misty Johnson (Randy); granddaughter, Lauren Gossett; grandson, Reed Johnson; sisters, Pat Williams (Kevin) and Julie McMillen (Mike); and brother, Harry Camp, Jr. (Theresa); nephews, Jon Hall, Tucker Bearden, Taylor Camp, Will Camp, Ward Reed (Joanne), David H. Reed (Karen), and Mike Reed (D.D.); nieces Kelly Williams, Haleigh Camp, Natalie McMillen, and Brittany Harrington (Ben); and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., with a service following at 11:00 am., Thursday, May 22, 2025, in the Multipurpose Center at Family Church, 2500 Highway 104, White Hall, AR, 71602, with Pastor Rich Roberts officiating by Robinson and Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel.
