1939-2026
Roy Kenneth Moore, 86, of White Hall, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on April 15, 2026.
He was born on June 12, 1939, in Banks, Arkansas, to Hoy and Mattie Mae Whittington Moore.
Roy started working at an early age in the logging woods.
After graduating high school, he continued working hard and retired from Brown & Root Construction as a Pipe Fitter.
Roy enjoyed hunting and fishing and being outdoors.
He was a member of Hardin New Life Apostolic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Laney Lou Moore, whom he married on July 25, 1963, in Pine Bluff; his parents; and a brother, James Moore.
Survivors include extended family and friends. He had a special place in his heart for his fur baby, “BO.”
Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 2:00p.m., at Ralph Robinson & Son, 807 Cherry Street, Pine Bluff, AR with Reverend Jimmy Herring officiating.
Private burial will be held in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
