1951-2025
Ronnie Joe Marsh of Pine Bluff, Arkansas was born February 12, 1951, in Little Rock Arkansas, the son of the late Charlie Albert and Woodie Dean Campbell Marsh. Ronnie proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1974 and was retired from the United States Postal Service after 26 years of service. Ronnie enjoyed fishing, cooking out on the grill, going to the casino, and spending time spoiling his cats. Above all, Ronnie loved his family and enjoyed spending all the time he could with his kids, grandkids, and great grandkid, his leaves his legacy in the hearts of his family who loved him dearly.
Ronnie passed away December 5, 2025, peacefully at his home surrounded by his family at the age of 74.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings Charles Melton (Buddy) Marsh, Debra Marsh, Hollis James Marsh, Robert Guy Marsh, and a very close friend Tammy Boggy. He is survived by his daughters Tara (Tracy) Mallet, Kristy (Dewayne) Jeffers, loving companion and mother of his daughters, Patsy Marsh, siblings, Marlene Rea, David (Kathy) Marsh, Mel (Angela) Marsh, and Sharon Marsh, 4 grandchildren, Hunter Bokker, Hannah (Hunter) Swaite, Christopher Ivy, Dakota (Carlie) Hardin, and 1 great granddaughter Huntleigh Jo Swaite.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday December 10, 2025 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan with Bro. Jim Brown officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 PM until service time. The family would like to list his close friends Eddie Boggy, Dane Reed, Tim Young, Mike Webb, R.J. Hardin and Ron Turpin as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lemonwood Missionary Baptist Church in White Hall in Ronnie’s honor.
