2015-2026
Neheverlynin L. Buckley, “Tootie” was born May 15, 2015, to Charlene Whitley and Verlynin Buckley Sr. of Pine Bluff, AR. Tootie confessed her love for Christ at the age of 5 on November 1, 2020, and joined St. Andrew Missionary Baptist Church and was a member until her death. She enjoyed Sunday School, singing and cleaning the church. Whatever, it was she wanted to be a part if it involved serving the Lord.
She is the 5th child of 7 children. She often played the role of the second “Mother”, to her siblings, that she loved dearly. And a great job that she did, she was always advocating and looking out for everyone else. Philippians 2:3-4, reminds us to value others above our self and this was just who Tootie was. She was a very active and inquisitive child who loved video games and Tik Tok reels. She attended school in the Dollarway School District.
Even after her illness, she managed to always share her Big Beautiful Smile.
Neheverlynin entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. She is preceded in death by her great-grandmother Betty Carter and great-grandmother Wilma Battles.
In addition to her mother and father, she leaves to cherish her memories three brothers, Nehemiah Brazell (Michelle), Anthony Brazell (Shauna) and Verlynin Buckley Jr.; four sisters Antania Green, Tacara Buckley, Nehemiah Skinner and Ariel Buckley, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2026, at St. Andrew Missionary Baptist Church, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Pastor Richard Hart officiating. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pine Bluff, Arkansas by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, AR.
