Maureen Morgan Reed, 88, of Star City, AR passed away Wednesday, July, 22, 2026 at her home. She was born January 28, 1938 in Star City, AR to the late Homer Mack and Lollie Mae Burns Morgan.
Maureen was a member of Yorktown Freewill Baptist Church near Star City. She was a retired co-owner of Reed’s Pawn Shop.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Reed, and her brother, Roger Wallace Morgan.
Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Reed of Star City, one brother, Terry “Turk” Morgan (Marlene) of Star City, and one sister, Patsy Morgan Coats (Larry) of Rogers.
Graveside service will be Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM in Drake Cemetery.
