Jimmie Lane Dollar Bullard, 90, of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, May 10, 2026. She was born March 7, 1936 in Pine Bluff to Alvin E. Dollar and Pauline Spires Dollar.
Jimmie was a lifelong resident of Pine Bluff. She attended White Hall Schools, then graduated from Watson Chapel High School. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from A & M of Monticello. Jimmie was a teacher of 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades for the White Hall School District. She was a member of White Hall United Methodist Church, where she was involved in the White Hall United Methodist Women, and the White Hall United Methodist Kindergarten where she taught for 11 years. Jimmie also enjoyed reading and gardening.
Survivors include her children, Victoria Lane Mosley (Brett), William Hugh Bullard Jr. (Kelly) and Stephanie Lee Besaw (Larry); six grandchildren, Michael, Chris, Dustin, Brendan, Zack and Peyton; five great grandchildren, Weston, Abri, Annabell, Dusty and Willow; and sister, Becky Reed.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, William Hugh Bullard Sr, whom she married December 17, 1960 and who went to be with the Lord November 13, 2003; and sister, Patricia Kay Barham.
Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
Funeral service will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Robinson & Fuller White Hall Funeral Chapel. Rev. Deanna McCormack will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday, 1:00 PM until funeral time.
