Jerimey Don Lay 46 of Dumas, Arkansas passed away April 10, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky. Born in Dumas, Arkansas, January 16, 1980, the son of Rex Gaylon Lay and Judith Ann Sullivan Nealey.
Jerimey was a Christian of Baptist faith. He loved his family, grilling. growing a garden and fishing. He was a loving outlaw husband and amazing father and a caring brother.
Survivors are his wife Tabitha Lay and three daughters, Destanie Lay of Dumas, Arkansas, Raven (Braiden) Broadway of Tillar, Arkansas and Charley Lay of Sulphur Rock, Arkansas, father and stepmother Mr. and Mrs. Gaylon Lay of Tyro, Arkansas and Mother and stepfather Judy and Gary Nealey of Dumas, Arkansas, paternal grandmother Mavis Tabert of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, brother Kirby Nealey of Dumas, Arkansas and four sisters, Misty (Kevin) Jones of Dumas, Arkansas, Leslie Nealey of Star City, Arkansas, Carrie Shelby of Little Rock, Arkansas and Christie Abella of Woodlawn, Arkansas and faith fur companion Cheeky.
All family and friends are welcome to join on one lase ride with Jerimey and Cheeky, graveside services at Tyro Cemetery on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Ryan Rogers officiating with burial following.
Memorials in memory of Jerimey may be made Wounded Warriors Project.
