Homer Lynn Elliott, 77 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away March 21, 2026, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Born in Dumas, Arkansas on January 18, 1949, the son of the late Homer Wesley Elliott and Effie Gertrude Elliott. His parents, brothers, George Wesley and Billy Dial Elliott, sisters, Elizabeth (Harold) Grant, Bertha Faye (Charles) Stowe, Mary Rose (Junior) Grant and in laws, Alex Hamilton, Paul Beatty, all preceded him in death.
Homer was a member of Daniels Chapel Baptist Church, Served in the United States Army, also a member of American Legion and NRA, and Elliott Hunting Club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Homer was a former employee for Dumas School District, where he was a mechanic for several years.
Survivors are his loving wife, Ruth Elliott of Russellville, Arkansas and two daughters, Melissa (Charles) Osgood of Atkins, Arkansas and Angela (Beau) Woodard of Atkins, Arkansas, brother Donald (Kathy) Elliott of Watson, Arkansas and three sisters, Glenna Sue Hamilton Coffman of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Linda (Lonnie) Luker of Union, Mississippi and Rhonda Beatty of Watson, Arkansas and five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren..
Visitation and services held at Daniels Chapel Batist Church, 5740 AR 1, Dumas, Arkansas (Near Backgate) on Saturday, March 28, 2026, with visitation from 1-2pm, and services at 2pm, Rev, Stacy Reed officiating. Arrangements made by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas, AR.
