Hildegard Herweg Rannenberg, 97, of Pine Bluff, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026.
She was born September 22, 1928, in Krebshagen Federal Republic of Germany.
Hildegard was reared and received her early education in Stadthagen.
She worked in Germany before marrying Christian F. Rannenberg in 1961 and migrating to the United States for the United States Postal Service.
Mr. and Mrs. Rannenberg developed the Herweg Hills subdivision in White Hall.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Rannenberg was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Karl Wilhelm Herweg.
While she did not have any immediate survivors, Mrs. Rannenberg had a few good friends who took good care of her over the years. They included Clyde and Gerda Heird of Redfield, Mercedes Cass of White Hall and Stan and Kay cummings of Little Rock.
A small service will be held in a state room at Ralph Robinson and Son at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2026, with Reverend Stewart Marshall officiating. Interment will be private.
