2005-2025
On March 29, 2005, GOD blessed Rosalind Robinson and Dennis Mendenall with a bundle of joy, Dennis De’Andre Mendenhall. He was sweet, curious, and courageous all wrapped up in one. Dennis attended school in the Las Vegas public school system until they relocated to Pine Bluff to be closer to his grandparents Clinton(dad) and Jessie Mae Robinson(granny) and other family members who supported him through love and guidance. Dennis attended Watson Chapel High School. While attending, he played football. He was so delighted to display his skills for the family, especially dad and granny. He loved spending time with friends. His most memorable friend moments were created and spent with his best friend Kendrick Ventry, and Tiffany” Mama” Jynes-Ventry (as he affectionately called Kendrick’s mom). Dennis was known for sticking close to his mom and he was granny’s baby through and through. He loved his granny with all his heart. Though GOD called her home in 2020, Dennis made a personal vow to never forget her. He honored her by wearing her beautiful picture every day on his necklace. He would proudly tell you who she was when asked.
Upon graduating from high school Dennis attended University of Arkansas Pine Bluff. Dennis was a devoted employee for Tyson Foods working on the live hang line.
The completion of Dennis’s earthly assignment was May 4th, 2025, the day his eternal assignment began. Holding to GOD’s promise as noted in Psalm 91:11, For He shall give HIS angels charge over thee, to keep thee always. Dennis keeping in spirit now with Jesus.
He is proceeded in death by his grandmother’s Jessie Mae Robinson and Viola Adams and best friend Amaree Bohannon.
He leaves many to hold close the memories of love, joy, and laughter that they shared, his parents Rosalind Robinson and Dennis Mendenhall, siblings Zavier Cannon, Candice Bryant, Ricky Anderson, Erick Mendenhall, and Rianna Williams. Grandfather’s Clinton Robinson and Eric Adams. God mother Fabrienne Bowman. Close friends Daniel Nelson, Nakhi Jones, Nakeel Lawrence, Kyron Sims and Mark Franklin and a family filled with loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3
