Chad Crutchfield, age 44 of Malvern, formerly of Fordyce died Sunday April 19, 2026. He was born July 16, 1981 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Chad is preceded in death by his precious daughters Adiele and Marley Crutchfield; mother, Suzette Jones Crutchfield; grandparents, William Thomas “Tommy” Jones and Grady Jean Hollis Jones and Buster Crutchfield and Mary Lou Bearden Crutchfield. He is survived by his father, George Crutchfield of Malvern; sister, Meagan (Beau) Freeman of Bryant; and two nieces, Madison and Emalyn Freeman of Bryant. Visitation will be held from Saturday, April 25, 2026 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Rest Haven Memorial Garden Cemetery in Arkadelphia with graveside services following at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Roger Copeland officiating. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce.
