Brenda Darlene Williams Wilcox, 59 of Star City, Arkansas, passed away December 21, 2025. Brenda was born December 6, 1966, in Burbank, California and was the daughter of the late B.D. Williams and Ruby Ellen Hayes Williams. Her parents, husband Dale Wilcox, Jr and son David Wilcox, sisters, Peggy, and Janette preceded her in death.
Brenda was member of First Baptist Church of Star City, Arkansas. She was very active in the church serving numerous positions such as VBS, Benevolent Committee, she was always willing to help anyone. Brenda was on the board for Delta Community Foundation and co-owner with Dale, of Dumas Tractor Salvage, where she served as the bookkeeper. She was an LPN and was a member of Nurses Honor Guard.
Survivors are one son Larry Wilcox of Lake Village, Arkansas, and brother Barry Williams of Texas.
Visitation and services held Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at First Baptist Church in Star City, Arkansas. Visitation from 10:30- 11:30 am, followed by services at 11:30 am, with Rev. Tyler McKinney and Kirkland Corbin officiating with burial following in Forks LaGrue Cemetery, Dewitt. Memorials in memory of Brenda may be made to Watson Baptist Church or Lend a Hand Food Pantry, 303 West Wiley Street, Star City, Arkansas 71667. Arrangements by Griffin Funeral Home, Dumas.
