The LIHEAP program will once again he providing money to help those who are having trouble with heating bills. Hayley Brakebill from Central Delta Community Action Agency was a guest on Sunrise Deltaplex to talk about the upcoming application period. Rick Walker asked her about the success of their program during the summer.
