A Hot Springs man has died after a two-vehicle accident in Saline County.
According to a preliminary report from the Arkansas State Police, Zachary Alexander Albin, 27, of Hot Springs National Park was eastbound on U.S. 70 when the 2003 Honda he was operating failed to slow down when a 2000 Ford in front of him slowed down to make a right turn. Albin’s vehicle struck the rear trailer of the Ford with the right front of his vehicle.
He was taken to a Little Rock Hospital where he died.
The death was the 211th reported so far this year on the state’s highways.
