A $15,000 bond was set Friday for a Texas man accused of robbing another man on Wednesday.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Kajyrea Green, 19, with robbery. The log at the adult detention center lists his last name as Love but when asked in court, he said his last name was Green.
Deputy Prosecutor Jim Williams said Green was arrested after White Hall Police responded to a reported robbery at Burger King on Sheridan Road about 4 p.m.
Police located Green at the motel and took him into custody. A magazine for a Glock 10 handgun was found in a room rented by Green’s girlfriend, but no gun was located.
Green was ordered to have no contact with the victim and told to come back to court May 22.
