A Little Rock man was killed in the early morning hours Tuesday when he was hit by a vehicle that left the scene.
According to a preliminary report, Matthew Carr, 34, was walking on the 28 exit ramp of I-530 when he was struck by an unknown vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident was reported at 4:25 a.m. and the death was the 341st so far this year on the state’s highways.
