UPDATE 7:52 PM: Lincoln County Sheriff Steve Young has informed Deltaplex News that the missing 23-year-old woman is believed to be of Middle Eastern descent. No other information is available at this time.

A 23-year-old Drew County woman has been reported missing and a search is underway for her in Lincoln County according to the Lincoln Ledger newspaper in Star City.
According to the paper Lincoln County Sheriff Steve Young has confirmed that the woman was reported missing around 4 p.m. She was last seen at Slingerland’s Furniture on Highway 425 around 1 p.m. Lincoln County law enforcement began a search using search dogs, but that search ended near a gravel road. It is believed someone picked the woman up, according to the newspaper.
She was last seen wearing black clothing and a black scarf. No information was provided regarding the race of the woman.
