GFPB CEO talks Go-Kart track

The first phase of what will eventually be the site of a go-cart track on East Harding Avenue got underway Wednesday when demolition began on the old Admiral Benbow Inn.

Ryan Watley, the CEO of Go Forward Pine Bluff appeared on the Oldies 1013 morning show and talked about it.

Watley was asked who would be building the track and who will run It and answered this way)

He said that money for; the project came from the 2017 five-eighths cent sales tax, commonly referred to as the Go Forward sales tax, and went on to explain what else will be at the site in addition to the go-cart track.

Watley said at this point, it is hard to say when the project will be completed and ready for use because constriction documents are still being finalized.
