Residents of Altheimer will have an opportunity to participate in this empowering, engaging, and educational program. The mobile food market has groceries that provides healthy choices of fruits, vegetables, grains, eggs, meat, dairy, etc. There will also be group demos and coaching. MUST HAVE AN ALTHEIMER ADDRESS ON YOUR FORM OF IDENTIFICATION
