Applications for the 2025 Lincoln County Angel Tree will be available at the Star City DHS Office @ 101 West Wiley Street from October 6 through November 7. The applications are due no later than November 7th. The Lincoln County Angel Tree is for youth 0-12. However, Toys for Tots will be providing toys, books, puzzles, games and other meaningful donations for families qualifying for this program again this year for ages 0-18 and will, therefore, assist older youth in families that have siblings covered by the program. Toys for Tots will have their 1st Angel Tree Toy Drive of the year to support this cause on Saturday, October 11th at the Star City Dollar Generals. JB’s Speedy Burger and Orielly’s Auto Parts are also drop off locations. They will be collecting new, unwrapped toys, books, puzzles, games, bikes, trikes, & other meaningful donations for at-risk youth & youth in need, 0-18.
