Second Saturday Family FunDay: DIY Upcycle Fashion — 1-3 p.m. Saturday, June 14 (FREE)
The ARTx3 Campus will host Second Saturday Family FunDay: DIY Upcycle Fashion from 1-3 p.m. June 14, at The Arts & Science Center for Southeast Arkansas, 701 S. Main St. The event is free and open to the public.
Visitors will transform old clothing and other materials into new, stylish items without using a sewing machine. This approach involves using glue, duct tape, hot glue, or tying and knotting fabric to create unique and sustainable fashion pieces. Some T-shirts and old items will be available, but visitors are encouraged to bring their own.
