Lemon Volcano is the afternoon activity in Watson Chapel on Tuesday. Lemon Volcano is a simple and fun science experiment demonstrating the reaction between an acid (citric acid in lemon juice) and a base (baking soda). The reaction releases carbon dioxide gas, which creates a foamy eruption. That’s Tuesday at 4:30pm at the Watson Chapel library.
