Join the DIY Club at the Star City Library on Tuesday, September 24th, 3:45 – 4:45 pm for DIY Friendship bracelets. This program is for children ages 8-17. You will be able to make bracelets for yourself or to give to a friend. The DIY Club will change themes monthly with other activities such as LEGO, perler beads, card-making, etc.
