It’s Christmas Crafternoon Party!
Let’s celebrate the season with a DIY Christmas Crafternoon party at the Star City Library! Children, teens, and their families are invited to make Christmas gifts to take home on Friday, December 12, from 3:00 – 7:00 pm. The event is hosted in a stop-n-go format to make it easier to attend for families with a busy schedule. Children & teens will have the chance to make several gifts at various stations: Bath soaks, hot cocoa mix, DIY bookmarks and holiday cards.
Thanks to the gracious support from library community partners Toys for Tots and Save The Children, there will be several giveaways of toys and free books.
The Christmas Crafternoon party is the perfect opportunity to make a family trip to the library and visit for some fun activities. Younger children are required to bring a grown-up to help with the crafts. Due to the size of the event, children can’t be dropped off and left unattended.
All activities are free. For more info, please contact the library at 628-4711.
