Paradigm Fitness will be hosting Compress and Shock Foundation’s 8th Annual CPR and AED Education Day on Saturday June 1st 2024 @ 9 am at 1053 US highway 278 West in Monticello. The class is a 1 hour compression only, bystander CPR/AED education class. It is FREE and available for anyone to attend.
