Entergy Customer Care Pop-Up Event
Entergy is hosting a “Beat the Summer Heat” community event on Tuesday, July 21st, from 8 A.M. to 2 P.M. at the Marzell Missionary Baptist Church in Gould, AR. This event is open to Entergy and non-Entergy customers alike.
Attendees can get helpful bill breakdowns, energy-saving tips, and apply for financial assistance through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Assistance is available to residents of Arkansas, Cleveland, Grant, Jefferson, and Lincoln counties. Be sure to bring your ID, Social Security card, proof of income, and recent electric bills if you wish to apply for LIHEAP on-site.
