Deltaplex Radio aired political debates between Mayoral and City Council candidates on Tuesday.
The debate featured Mayor Shirley Washington, Council Member Steven Mays, and Council Member Ivan Whitfield in the mayoral debate, in addition to Garland Trice, and Sam Whitfield in the Ward One City Council debate, Steven Shaner and Lloyd Franklin Jr. in the Ward Two City Council debate, Glen Brown Sr. in the Ward Three City Council debate.
There were additional words from current Ward One Council Member Joni Alexander, who helped to organize the event, and thoughts from Pine Bluff High School students who were in attendance for the debate.
