Hart said negotiations between Central Moloney and the union set a record for the time it took to reach an agreement. He said it used to take a month but this time it took a little over 2 days and the agreement was ratified on the first vote.

He was asked how many people at the facility are members of the union and said this.

Hart said the company has a significant problem hiring and then keeping workers, and has a turnover rate of more than 80 percent.

He was asked if the city, the county, or Go Forward Pine Bluff could do anything to help improve the workforce in the area.
