Total Confirmed COVID Recoveries Are Up

The Arkansas Health Department says total confirmed cases have increased by 212 while confirmed recoveries have increased by 272.  The department says confirmed active cases have decreased by 55.  COVID deaths increased by 8 on Tuesday.
