A $25,000 cash only bond was set Friday for a Jefferson County man on multiple allegations.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set the bond after ruling prosecutors have probable cause to charge Dallas Lemons, 25, with theft by receiving, possession of drug paraphernalia and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Deputy Prosecutor Brittaney Akel said Lemons is currently on felony probation on charges of breaking or entering, theft of property and theft by receiving and is out on bond on charges of aggravated assault on a family or household member, second-degree domestic battery and third-degree domestic battery.

Reading from an affidavit by Sheriff’s Investigator Michael Musgrove, Akel said on Wednesday, deputies received a call from the owners of custom wheels and other items that had been reported stolen who said those items were being advertised for sale on Facebook.

Akel said deputies went to a house in the 7300 block of U.S. 79 where they found the stolen items, as well as items that had been reported stolen in two other cases. They items included a toolbox, tools, vehicle brakes and drums and gun parts.

Investigators also located a homemade drug pipe containing a white powdery substance that will be sent to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for analysis.

Lemons was told to come back to court Aug. 4.
