Jefferson and Lincoln Counties Teen Court Volunteers
Recruitment Dates: August 3 – October 31, 2026
Description: The Jefferson and Lincoln Counties Circuit Court (6th Division), led by Honorable Judge Earnest E. Brown, Jr., is seeking high school students to volunteer for Teen Court. This program offers a hands-on, educational opportunity to experience the juvenile justice system first-hand by participating in real legal cases.

Actively participate in real cases involving violations of Arkansas Law by serving as a Prosecuting Attorney, Defense Attorney, Court Clerk, Jury member, or Bailiff.

Participate in educational field trips.
Eligibility Requirements

Must be in the 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

Must be available one Monday per month from September through April.
