Mark Allen Harper, 59, of Pine Bluff, passed away Friday, June 26, 2026. He was born February 28, 1967 in Pine Bluff to Tommy Harper and Susan Harper Ramick.
Mark was raised and educated in Pine Bluff, graduating from Watson Chapel High School. He worked for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, retiring as a Captain of Patrol after 29 years. Mark loved to watch Star Trek and westerns on TV and also enjoyed playing video games.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Cross Harper, whom he married November 8, 1997; sons, Thomas Harper and Brandon Harper; granddaughter, Selena Harper; sister, Rachel Greenlee; brother, Chris Harper; and stepfather, Alan Ramick.
Preceding him in death were his parents and grandparents.
A memorial service will be 3:00 PM, Friday, July 3, 2026 at Ralph Robinson & Son. Rev. John Bean will officiate. Visitation will be 2:00 until funeral time Friday.
