Southeast Arkansas Community Action Corporation will have Early Registration for LIHEAP assistance beginning June 22nd.
The locations and times are listed below.
Only in person paper applications for Elderly, disabled, and individuals with children under 6 at this time for the early registration.
Must provide copies of: proof of income or 2025 award letter, Photo ID, Social Security Card (for each member in the home), and most recent electric bill.
Regular assistance only for early registration (no crisis).
The LIHEAP program will officially open July 6th for everyone and a new schedule will be posted the week before.
