Billy Tom Biggs, 82, of Pine Bluff, loved his family, golf, Nascar (big Mark Martin fan), camping and bass fishing.
He passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Billy was born January 27, 1944, in Wabbaseka, son of James Code Biggs and Minnie Lee Green Biggs.
Billy was reared and received his early education in Wabbaseka. He worked for Wayerhaeuser for 25 years and later retired from Hood Packaging as a plant manager. Along with his hobbies, Billy loved being a member of the VFW and hanging out with his friends.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judith Ann Pitts Biggs; and siblings, CJ Biggs, Carl Lee Biggs and Kenny Biggs.
Survivors include two daughters, Tammie and Jennifer Biggs, both of Pine Bluff; two grandchildren, Christopher Godfrey and Jason Wells; four great-grandchildren, Addie Godfrey, James Godfrey, Lani Wells and Kholson Wells; and siblings, Helen Robinson and Pat Merrit.
A memorial service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2026, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Brother Matt Watson officiating. Visitation will be Thursday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Robinson’s.
