Randall “Randy” Allen, 64
1961-2026

We gather to celebrate the life and legacy of a true willing soul - Brother Randal LeShell Allen, a man whose heart was anchored in service and whose hands were always ready to help. He was a quiet pillar of strength who gave not for recognition, but from a deep and abiding sense of purpose.

Randy (as he was so lovingly called) entered into this earthly life on July 27, 1961 to the parents of Mr. Spencer Allen Sr. and Mrs. Devezine Allen in Dumas, AR and went to be with his Heavenly Father on April 25, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his father, three children - Rodneil Hines, Randal Hines and Lorandria Hines; three brothers - Ray Allen, Oscar Fitzgerald and Anthony Fitzgerald and one sister - Mary Doris Jenkins.

Randy received his early education within the Dumas School District and worked for many years in construction and for the City of Dumas.  He was a devoted member of the Saint Peter’s Rock Missionary Baptist Church where he served faithfully as an usher, greeting all who entered with warmth, kindness, and a welcoming spirit that made strangers feel like family. His presence at the doors was more than routine—it was a ministry of compassion, humility, and grace.  Through his work within the Men’s Ministry at Saint Peter’s Rock, he stood tall as part of a brotherhood offering whatever assistance he could in support to those around him embodying what it means to serve selflessly. His actions spoke volumes, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He will be remembered and missed by his mother - Mrs. Devezine Smith of Dumas; one daughter - Latandria Hines of Gould, AR; three brothers - Spencer (Debra) Allen Jr. of Little Rock, AR; Kim Allen and Patrick Fitzgerald of Dumas, AR; three sisters - Sherbbie Lambert of Little Rock, AR, Tina (Eric) Britton of Pine Pluff, AR and Aundrea (Shade) Culclager of Pine Bluff, AR. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Though Randy may be gone from our sight, his kindness and service will continue to live on in the lives he touched.
