William Edward Burnett (Joe), 61, passed away at home, Arpil 18, 2026. He was born in Dermott, AR, October 5, 1964 to the late Olen and Joe Ann Burnett. He graduated in 1983 from Delta High School, Rohwer, AR. Where he played football and baseball. He was also a cub scout when he was younger. He grew up hunting and loved every minute of it. He was a diehard Razorback fan as well. Joe was also a farmer and truly enjoyed being on a tractor.
He was so proud and happy when he became a father and more as a grandfather.
He is survived by his son, Chathan (Kelli) Burnett of Broken Arrow, OK; sister Mary Burnett Linely of Rohwer, AR; granddaughter, Zoey Burnett; grandson, Tayten Maloy; Neices, Jessica Linely and Macy Chaney; nephew, Hunter Linely; family friend, Matt Hughes; two aunts and many cousins. He truly loved his family.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Scott Gilbreath officiating.
