Senator Kim Hammer was successful in the Secretary of State Republican primary runoff on Tuesday night against Bryan Norris and will now face off against Democrat nominee Kelly Grappe in November’s General Election.
Hammer spoke about his victory saying he is already out campaigning for November’s general election.
The race between Hammer and Norris got pretty heated with a lot of mudslinging late in the game. Hammer said he believes he won because people saw that he ran a clean campaign.
Hammer said that his office has had success making sure Arkansas has had election integrity and he believes that is something that is important to Arkansans.
He added that he wants to make things easier on business owners in Arkansas.
Hammer concluded his interview with a message to the voters.
