1940-2026
Evelyn Honsinger Cope, 85, of Pine Bluff, went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 22, 2026. She was born April 6, 1940 in Pine Bluff to the late Arthur Honsinger and Claudia Robinson Honsinger.
Evelyn was raised and educated in Pine Bluff. She worked in retail, in production and as a loving mother and homemaker. Evelyn attended Lemonwood Baptist Church, then attended Central Baptist Church. She loved doing crafts, gardening flowers and singing.
Survivors include her children, Michael Cope (Linda), Carolyn Brown, Richard Cope, Rosemary Roberts (Brad), Esther Cope and Elizabeth Cope; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Also preceding her in death were her granddaughter, Kristin Cope Trammell; sisters, Rosalyn Hurst, Harriet Roberts and Helen Conner; and brothers, JC Wooten and JB Wooten.
Graveside service will be 3:00 PM, Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Roselawn Cemetery in Pine Bluff. Rev. Ronald Sanders will officiate.
