The 2026 Arkansas High School Basketball State Tournaments begin this week, with several Deltaplex-area teams competing for a chance to play for a state championship next week in Hot Springs.
In boys action, nine teams from the Deltaplex are set to compete.
In Class 1A at Lafayette County, Dermott will face Blevins at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
In Class 2A at Poyen, Woodlawn will take on East Poinsett County at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, England will face Life Way Christian at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, and Poyen will play Sloan-Hendrix at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.
In Class 3A at Osceola, Drew Central will face Osceola at 2:30 p.m., while McGehee will take on Bergman at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
In Class 4A at Morrilton, Watson Chapel will play Mills University at 2:30 p.m., and Star City will face Fountain Lake at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
In Class 5A at Farmington, Sheridan will take on Greenbrier at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

In Class 3A at Osceola, McGehee will play Melbourne at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Drew Central will face Manila at 4 p.m. Wednesday, and Dumas will take on Bergman at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
In Class 5A at Farmington, White Hall will face Vilonia at 1 p.m., and Sheridan will take on Little Rock Christian at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
