Winfred Earl Luscomb Sr, 65 of Star City Arkansas passed away peacefully on February 28, 2026 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Earl was born September 3, 1960 in Texarkana, Arkansas to William Price Luscomb and JoAnn Westmoreland Luscomb.
Earl was a member of New Home Church community, he served eight years in the US Navy earning merit for his service and work ethic. He spent decades as a skilled aircraft sheet metal mechanic. A passionate outdoorsman, he found joy in hunting, fishing and creating lasting memories with loved ones. Earl dedicated his life to being a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Earl was preceded in death by his father William Price Luscomb and his beloved wife Lynn Tipton Luscomb.
Survivors include his mother JoAnn Luscomb, children Winfred Earl Luscomb, Jr. and Barbara Rosa Baughan; his grandchildren Kaily, Kayden, Caleb, Nathan, Jonathan and Rori; great-grandchildren Jayden and Braylen. Other survivors are his siblings Barbie Luscomb Wiley, Kenny Shaw and Jodie Luscomb.
Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City. Graveside services will be Friday, March 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM at New Home Cemetery (Cleveland County), with Bro. Joseph Pemberton officiating.
