It’s Planting Day at AR Post Memorial in Gillet. Clean up and plant an herb garden. We will sow seeds from the past as we recreate a “kitchen garden” near our summer kitchen exhibit. Children will also be given their own special biodegradable planting pots to take home with soil and planted seeds. Wear plenty of sunscreen and bring water. Comfortable outdoor clothing is suggested that you will not mind getting dirty. All soil, tools and seeds will be provided by the museum. Saturday from 10am-4pm.
