February is Heart Health Month!
The Pine Bluff Chapter of The Links Incorporated will present an event focusing on preparing heart healthy meals. This will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. The location is the Pine Bluff Public Library at 600 South Main Street in Pine Bluff, AR.
Nicole Bates (APRN, DNP, FNP-BC, CNN), a Kidney Health Coach, will be the presenter. This event is free of charge. Participants must register to attend. Seating is limited. To register, call 870.718.6329.
