1934-2026
Bobby Ray Hubanks, 91, of Pine Bluff, was a loving husband and family man. He passed away Monday, January 5, 2026, at home surrounded by his family.
Mr. Hubanks was born on October 31, 1934, in Jefferson County, son of Grady Elmer Hubanks and Edna Weeks Hubanks.
He was reared and received his early education in Watson Chapel, graduating from Watson Chapel High School.
Mr. Hubanks proudly served in the United States Army. He was a member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Hubanks worked at Ben Pearson for many years, retiring as a supervisor.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Denise Hubanks; son, Danny Keith Hubanks; and two sisters, Helen Scroggins and Barbara Ann Jennings.
Survivors include his loving wife, Shirley Hubanks; daughter, Anita Kruse (Scott); brother, Jerry Wayne Hubanks; two granddaughters, Rachel Exline (Cam) and Rebecca Kindred (Dave); and four great-grandchildren, Eli Beadle, Daniel Zawatzki, Caleb Kindred and Bristol Rose Exline.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Thursday, January 8, 2026, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son with Brother Howard Loetscher officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday afternoon at Robinson’s from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
